@jrick92  I remember feeling that way, too. Even now, if I don't practice consistently and take a long time off, I'll lose my callouses and have to kind of start all over. That's why I make sure to get my fingers on some strings at least half an hour a day, at least.

I play every day until my fingers hurt like they were cut with a knife.

I play everyday but since I started playing new stuff slowly AND QUIETLY, I can now play with very little pain. I had been told by many people to break songs into small parts but I was still holding a LOT of tension. Devin told me to play quietly on new stuff and it finally sunk in.

I play quiet because it sounds so much better when I hit a bad note. Lol. Slow and steady. I use the AB looper quite a bit and just loop a couple measures until I can do it by memory and correctly.

When I'm really focusing on a passage I tend to play quietly. Just strumming chords though is a whole other thing, I get really loud because I'm confident about the chords.

Our neighbor just put a For Sale sign in front of their house this morning. Wonder if it has anything to do with my playing? LOL

@jerseychicadee  I need to use the looper more. That's a nice feature

I can never get it set right, I mean the timing between the start and finish points 🤔 🤔 🤔

I wish I could set it permanently instead of having to reset it every session. I practice on and off all day
