I use these every day for practice. I run the licks at least a half hour a day, really slow. After 2 or 3 runs, I start to feel how the muscle memory gets better. Wish my memory would get better so I could remember them. Guess I’ll just have to run them more! Lol Thanks Devin!

When it comes to remembering licks, I find it useful to invent some words / lyrics that fit the rhythm of the lick. The words and the melody reinforce each other.
