Hi, i have noticed lately i have got into the habit of practicing with the TV on in the back ground I suspect its a bad habit does anyone else do the same?

I generally only have the t.v. on when I'm practicing scales or something repetitive, building that muscle memory and all.

My muscle has no memory left. My fingers must be cold today. Can’t play anything smooth
