I work at the #1 cellular’ communication company and deal with computers issues all day long. I’m frustrated, confused and often embarrassed by the failures I encounter on the ‘network.’ If they have the issues I encounter and people keep sending them all the money I see coming in I figured this would smooth itself out. Thanks Devin, your site runs great. I get off the phone every day and head over here to relax after dealing with so many computer , billing and technology failures. 

I just do what the IT department tells me......did you check to make sure it was plugged in?....try restarting the machine 🤣 

After Cyber Monday I jokingly asked my lead for a vacation day next year on that day! I sold one customer 7 iPhone 12 pro max phones and accessories $12,000!!! Took 3 1/2 hours to enter the number because the computer system is so wrought with errors.
