Greatest Bluegrass Albums of All Time

As a rule these kinds of things are objective but I would like to know what records people really dig. New, old, traditional, whatever - I'm always looking for new stuff! A Google search doesn't yield anything substantive!

Mine in no particular order:

1) Various Artists - High Lonesome: The Story of Bluegrass Music (a solid soundtrack to a solid film)

2) Doc Watson - Self Titled (1964)

3) Billy Strings - Home (2019)

4) Steve Earle & The Del McCoury Band - The Mountain (1999)

5) Any old Bill Monroe & The Bluegrass Boys "Greatest Of" compilation

John, those are some good’ns on your list for sure!  Hard to choose just 5.  How about these?

1. Bill Monroe and Doc Watson

2. Jerry Garcia and David Grisman “Shady Grove”

3. Vern Williams Band “Bluegrass From the Gold Country”

4. Hot Rize in Concert / Hot Rize Presents Red Knuckles & the Trailblazers

5. The Kentucky Colonels “Livin’ in the Past
