Thinking about purchasing a martin to add to my collection, I've got a Taylor guitar and a few fender guitars.

I have a Little Martin that's fun to play. Wonder if this one is similar? Love Sweetwater and I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Except last time they forgot my candy. 😑

My good friend's son is a lefty, and his stepdad bought him a few lefty guitars as he was growing up. When was old enough to leave home his stepdad wouldn't let him take the guitars with him! I always wondered why the stepdad did that, because he's not left-handed and he couldn't play them; he doesn't even play guitar! Oh well, sometimes there's just no explaining why people do things and I've kind of given up trying. Maybe it's his way of making sure the kid comes back and visits. There may be a country song in this situation, LOL.

I’m dying to get a Little Martin. Had one in my Sweetwater cart for a couple months. That one is a 000. I played one a few week ago at Guitar Center. It’s about the same size as my Fender Malibu

@jerseychicadee Awesome how did the guitar sound? when I go to the guitar store about 97% of the guitars are right-handed.

I really liked it. It’s really small. I’m old and fat and short. I just can’t hold a big guitar like a dreadnought. The action was low and sweet. The fret board seemed wider and flatter than my Fender. My f chords rang crystal clear. The small guitars sound loud to me. Bass wasn’t overwhelming. Not jangly at all. I had just bought a 2 month old Taylor Academy 12e from Craigslist and I really don’t like it. I thought I would because it’s a Taylor.

A couple years ago, I went looking for a lefty for my oldest grand daughter. I couldn’t find anything. I figured because it was Christmas time. I finally found a pink Strat and an amp. I’m sure she’s never played it

@jerseychicadee Awesome! I'm not short or tall I found that medium-sized guitars are easier for me to play thank you for sharing!
