Anyone ode G7th Capos? Why are the so expensive?
Yep I own two a G7 Performance and a G7 heritage. I Like both are they any better Than any others I don't know. If you think that they are expensive look at the Elliott capos.
Yea I saw Elliott Capos they are back ordered until end of. November
I bought a G7th no big whoop just a capo.
@jerseychicadee Wow they are expensive these days! I used to use the G7th capos but the Shubb capos seem really reliable and low profile. Probably my new favorite but always open to trying new ones if y'all know of any!

@devin I had to try one! Only $5 more than a Shubb. I like the Shubbs capos most. I have to have a ton of picks, capos and headphones everywhere I sit and play it seems I’m always looking for one or the other!
I ended up using Shubbs on all my guitars and banjo. I have several for each instrument. One in the case, and one in my instrument accessory drawer. That way I will never forget to bring one with me. I do purchase rubber replacements now and then. I think I will buy a half dozen or so. Prices aren't going down.
@devin Do you have a lesson using the G7th capo?
@lc In the list of prizes for the Dec. giveaway Devin mentions that the G7 capo is his "go to" capo so check out any lesson where he is using a capo and it will be a G7. For example: Cherokee Shuffle, Red Haired Boy, Gold Rush, etc.
My capo collection is random. Whatever one I see first gets used first. The clip ones tend to be used more just because there are so many.
@jerseychicadee I have a Shubb Deluxe Capo, I got from Devin during the last monthly give away's, Its just perfect.
I got 1 or maybe 2 from Devin’s prize box too. I’ve received a few from my kids too. They don’t know what to buy me for gifts because I usually buy what I want when I see it. I saw a shiny one I liked on the Nashville NYE show this week. It’s on my list. lol
