Would you be able to do the Grear American Cowboy by San Joaquin?Â
Do you mean Sons Of The San Joaquin? You must be in my neck of the woods? Â
That's one of my favorite songs, bar none, but if you take away those great voices and that harmony there's nothing left to work with.
That was my point. I think it would be great practice for vocals, just one of many for practicing guitar. That being said, any song you enjoy is going to be fun to play along with.
Great Intro 😀Â
@wjssavhotmail-co-uk That "Sons of the San Joaquin" is a great album. I've been listening to it in my truck for years.
I didn’t know there were any country bands down in StocktonÂ
They are all pretty old now. Jack Hannah is 83 and Joe is 83. They a re a fixture on our local TV commercials here in Central California. I hear their jingles for Evens Feed and if you have a broken windshield they sing about that too. They’re always a big act at the county fair too.Â
@jerseychicadee evens feed doesn’t sound familiar, maybe I heard the broken windshield one.
He’s presents very trustworthy and his ads are very appealing. He appears to be just a good ole boy. Nice camera presence. I don’t know him personally but because he’s on TV every other ad I feel like I know him. Lol
