Not new here by any means but big life changes happened. I am now retired and have escaped California and now am a Montana resident. LOL
Where at in Montana? My son almost moved there last year but the fiancé sold the ring, sold the house took all the money and moved there with some cowboy. Yippee eyeookiyeah
I had a friend who moved from Alaska to Bozeman, MT and she was quite happy there. I think the winters would be too much for me though. 😰
We are up near the Kalispell area.
My daughter was there for a month setting some hotel/casino on track. She’d love to move there but we’re California sun and fun folks. Now, with what my son went through Montana is off the list.

I grew up in Tahoe and my Wife grew up in Alaska. This environment feels right at home to me.

Northwest Montana is very pretty. I haven’t explored much of the other parts of Montana yet but I will someday.
