What is the model of Devin's hog top MARTIN ? Is it a D-15 or some other model?

I'm sure Devin will come back and answer but I've become a huge fan of Martin guitars recently and they seem to be a very popular choice for country and bluegrass playing, especially the dreads (although mine's an OOO).

Yep, it's a D-15. I think it's a 1999 back when they actually used mahogany on the D-15...now Martin uses Sapele wood on the D-15 and they just changed the full mahogany model to the D-15m.

Yes, he's playing a D-15.  You either love the mahogany sound or you don't.  I don't care for it and just traded  off another model of a Martin Mahogany guitar.

What does "hog top" mean? Don't think I've ever heard this in reference to guitars, or anything else for that matter.
