Each time i login i have to do it twice, Anyone else have this problem?
Every single time John. Thanks for bringing this up. The IT people at CGO need to fix this. I don't even bother typing my password the first time because I know it will be rejected. I'm glad I'm not the only one this is happening to. I'll send am email off to CGO right now about this.
Thanks for letting us know. Can y’all try clearing your browser’s history/cache and try it again? We ran a few updates fairly recently so hopefully it’s just a caching issue. I tried it on my end and it seems to be working now but keep us posted!

@wjssavhotmail-co-uk Yeah, mine worked that one time, but that was about the only time. You're right John, it's not a big deal, but it can be frustrating. I think I'll send him another email.

Can y'all try clearing your browser cache/history one more time and see if it works this time? We ran a couple updates and we’re hoping it fixed the issue. Keep us posted, and sorry about the hassle!

@thib It took two tries for me today the first time I logged on and that's pretty much the way it's been lately. I though I'd cleared my browser, but there must be something else I need to do. If I log out and then on again the same day, it works first time though.
