Howdy Devin! Any tips on memorization (other than avoiding the ol' worry-be-gone:))?

Memorization is mandatory. Performing from music ain't cool. Repetition is the key. A few bars at a time over and over. Then move on and repeat. Then combine and move on and repeat. Practicing your repertoire daily is important to retain memorized pieces. Memorize before bed time and play first thing upon waking. Peeking is allowed.
