There are a million lessons for this song, but none beats the arrangement an old guitar teacher of mine made. He was a folkie at heart, but told me that a friend of his told him he should "really listen" to Friend of the Devil, so he did and realized it's a heck of a bluegrass tune at heart. So he arranged it that way. Devin, I'm sure you'd do it justice too. Just such a fun song to play.Â
