Are we aloud to apply what we learn from Devin to songs we know or do we have to showcase a specific lesson?

Like if I applied Hybrid picking to lets say a Hank Williams song, would that be exactable for the contest?

For meeting the contest rules, you can play anything you choose… it could be an arrangement from a CGO lesson, you could apply some hybrid picking you learned from CGO to another song, or you could play something else that you like playing just to showcase your playing…it doesn’t necessarily have to be a CGO lesson.
