Solo breaks from lick library.

Can I take licks from the lick library like G lick 1, C lick 5, and D lick2, can I make a solo out of these? I don't know if this is a silly question.

I think you can try everything... and test if it sounds good to you, if you follow the chords progression it could be right (for me , I don't know if I give good advice..?)

  Your sure can, I think you would be better following the Improvising course to learn how to link the licks together.

The course is called, Building powerful Bluegrass solos.
