We just posted a new guitar a few minutes ago teaching a Johnny Cash style intro progression and bass walks (Lesson ID A0186). Here's a direct link https://countryguitaronline.com/johnny-cash-style-intro-and-bass-walks/ or you can find it at the top of the main list of lessons.
Hope y'all like it! Next lesson will be a flatpicking lesson in the style of Molly Tuttle... should have it recorded and added to CGO by the end of next week or so.
Have a good weekend -

Nice one, Thanks.
Awesome, Thanks Devin!
Good one thanks Devin!
Devin, I really need to say THANK YOU!! I’ve been reteaching myself to play, using online courses l, for about 6 weeks. Forty years ago, I was a pretty good for a beginner guitar player. Jim Croce, Cat Stevens, typical ‘60’s pop hippie stuff. Life, and the hand I was dealt, took me on what I call a ‘magical mystery tour.’ Well, here I sit, at 64, with a brand new guitar on my lap excited to give it a strum!!! I’ve been doing Fender Play, Keith Urban, Yousician, True Fire, (all paid!) plus several other YouTube courses I stumble across. Practicing scales a lot. Haven’t even tried to learn a song really. I can’t even remember how I found your lessons but again THANK YOU!! I actually am learning something that isn’t G. G. G. D. D. C. C.
@jerseychicadee I think you missed a "G" in there, Glad you are having fun! 😀 😀
Thank you Devin, I was waiting for that lesson! I already learned the strumming of „walk the line“. Now I can complete it with this cool intro.
