Just wanted to let you know, (if anyone interested) that I'm still taking the (Fill riffs and guitar lead guitar course).

There's a bunch of great lectures which I'm going through. I'm on lesson 5, practising scales, keys, riffs. I don't want to rush anything so I really can get accustomed to the parts I practise. 

In addition, I'm learning a few songs on the side like Silver Stallion and Highwayman.

As far as where to start, Devin has the lessons organized by stars (one for easiest, five for more challenging lessons). You could start out that way or take on the guitar courses. I started with the Country Strumming course myself, and it was an education since I wasn't real familiar with country music.
