Looking at that PRS and my Gretsch Penguin, they look pretty close to the same size. Then if I add in the Martin 000 it appears just a slight increase on the bough. Hmmmmmmm need to hear them I think. (Jeopardy 🎼 🎵 playing in my head)

@shysue we have the same taste in guitars. I am in love with that baby blue. I can’t buy another guitar until after the holidays. My son is already trying to get me committed!

Well Goldies’ time has come. Off to FedEx in the am. I don’t know yet if they’ll give me a credit or just replace Goldie for a new Goldie. Recording King has cut a deal with Cream City (the details I don’t know). I haven’t been playing Goldie at all because the buzz has become noticeable. I’ve been using the time bonding with Penny anyway. I found Penny and Roadie a new little sister. Didn’t buy the Martin DM. The bridge had a crack. Actually the top under the bridge. @jerseychicadee My first guitar was a Martin DM. Then I got a Gibson SG to try some Blues lessons and between it and a Taylor 314ce that I bought later , my poor Martin kind of got forgotten. I knocked the dust off it after I started on this site and haven't put it down since. It's a little harder to play clean but I really like the sound for this kind of music. This type of music was what I wanted to learn from the start anyway, I just had to find CGO.

I have a Martin Custom D I would have sold you, probably around the same price and all broke in. I don't play it much since I got the D-18.

There's a couple of guitars I'd like to sell but I'm waiting for this whole Covid crap to start simmering down.

I’m going to go to hell...I just bought a Martin DM off Craigslist. Going to drive to San Luis Obispo to get it today. My first big guitar. Not sure about the size. I’ll see if I bring it home or not but the price is where I need it and it looks pretty solid and clean. Played one in Guitar Center. Put the Taylor on the market last night. I figure it would make a fantastic Christmas present for someone else dying for a Taylor. I am going to take my bone bridge pins off before I start showing it.

Good to know that they stand by their workmanship and materials. They are fairly inexpensive guitars (I didn't say cheap!) so the fact that they are doing this is pretty amazing. Just my opinion.
