Ive noticed they’ve gotten richer after a couple years of days. I tried to put the bone pins on Roadie but the holes are way too big. Guess I’ll put the on Baby Blue when that time come. I have a set of brass pins here I might try next string change.

@jerseychicadee I fitted the bone pins, initially they were a little big for the holes, rather than make the holes

bigger on the saddle i sanded the bridge pins slightly to make them fit.

@shysue   I will try a set of the Bluegrass strings on my Blueridge at the weekend, I have just fitted my new bone bridge pins

                and put my old strings back on the guitar.

@rinny51 The Wood tones have stayed in tune on my Martin better than anything else.

I was shocked the pin homes on Roadie were bigger than the pins. They almost dropped through the top!

Pin holes were too big. I just saw what my auto correct did

@jerseychicadee   Have you owned it from new? if not they may have been reamed out at some stage.

No but it was only 2 months old when I bought it from a local. His kid quit lessons.
