                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I can only speak to the "lessons" part of your question.  If you go to Browse Lessons under the Guitar Lessons heading, you will see the heading "Difficulty" and there you will find the lessons broken down by ratings out of five, so being a beginner, you might want to start with lessons that are rated 2 out of 5 and work up to the more difficult ones.  For example, Arkansas Traveler might be a good one to start with.  The difficulty rating for that lesson is two.  </p>]]></content:encoded>
