In this lesson, I'll go over how to play Why Don't We Just Dance by Josh Turner. This is an intermediate lesson. This is one of my favorite Josh Turner songs because it has a lot of blues influence.
In Part II of this lesson series, I'll show you how to play the verse, chorus, bridge, and really the majority of A Woman Like You by Lee Brice. This song sat at number one on the charts for quite some time. It's very catchy, and it's also a great song to improve pick control.
In this lesson, I'll teach you some awesome riffs that you can mix in with a rhythm guitar chord progression. The riffs fill in the gaps between the chords which adds a ton to your rhythm guitar playing. These riffs have a nice bluegrass and country sound to them.
In Part II of this lesson series, I'll go over how to play Knee Deep by Zac Brown Band. In Part I, I went over the intro in detail. The intro is very challenging. If you want to play this and sing at the same time, I would recommend focusing on Part II of this series.
In this lesson I'll show you how to play You by Chris Young. I'll go over all the parts you need to learn in order to play and sing this song. Chris Young is a very talented singer and I hope to cover several more of his songs in the future.
Here's another Chris Young song for you. Lost is a very catchy song. It's not too difficult, but it's a great song to learn if you like playing and singing along.
This lesson gives an overview of the pentatonic scales. If you're interest in playing lead guitar or if you are newer to lead, I would recommend watching this video. It's probably better to just watch this one without the guitar in hand.

This is a great song for everyone that's a little newer to guitar. Hunter Hayes plays the original studio recording of this song on piano, but I'll show you an easy way to play it on guitar.
Lady Antebellum is another one of my favorite country bands. I always enjoy the vocal melody lines and the their vocal harmonies. They have several great songs and I'll try to cover more of their stuff soon.
I would highly recommend this tuner. All you do is clip it on the head stock of your guitar and it recognizes the pitch through sound vibrations. It's extremely accurate and it's perfect for tuning when your friends won't stop playing :) Follow the image link below for more details.
